Velvet collars?

Hi!

I have a bought a second hand showing jacket from Le Beau Cheval that arrived today and I'm absolutely thrilled with it.

Only 1 slight problem - having been already used he blue velvet collar is very slightly faded. Not a huge issue, but I wondered if anyone has any tips of how to get it looking like new again - back to the dark, rich colour that brand new blue velvet is?
