So I brought my horse quite thin and with a heart murmur then discovered the adema not huge just it’s noticable and is pitting vets have done a heart ultrasound and he’s coping exceptionally ran all bloods to check for inflammation and all liver problems and they’re really good all I can think is that he’s been stabled half the day when he used to be out 24:7 ?

I suspect the restricted movement is causing it, if the vets are happy with him and you have no choice but to stable him then it may never go but may improve if you exercise him more and get him as fit as possible which may also help the murmur if the heart is as strong as possible, obviously keep within the guidelines of the vet and what he is comfortable doing without exerting him too much, being out 24/7 may be best if you can.
