They have been brilliant for me. Incredibly fast payment of my claim (they got the claim one day, I got the cheque the next day). It was quite complicated and big too - multiple vets visits, scans and nerve blocks, xrays, steroid injections etc etc.

I don't work for them by the way

Just very impressed.
