I put mine in the washing machine and they came out all mishapen and didn't ever go back to normal - so I wouldn't. So instead I dunked them in a washing up bowl of warm soapy water and left them to soak for a bit, then sponged them. Came up just as nice but had to change the water twice due to a LOT of mud coming off! I hope that helps
I think they should be fine if you don't let it go on a spin - looking back I was a bit stupid and just put them on a standard wash which ended with a spin and that's probably why they got all mishapen. Mine are similar to above but have gel in them too. I didn't dare put them back in the wash to try them without a spin! Oooppps!
We used these boots on the yard I worked at and we washed them all the time on a cool wash no spin and they came out perfect! if the machine has a wool or delicates programme use that.
I've got 2 pretty old pairs of these and they go in the wash at 30 with everything else and are still good, everything goes in my washing machine (I am sure I have had them for about 15 years...!)
Ooh it never occured to me not to! All my other boots do - regular wash at 30oC 800spin. Mine dont have gel in though, I think they are the Olympus ones.
