Very excited going out with the bedale on sat

Sorry but i'm very excited I'm getting my Birthday prezzie this sat a day with the Bedale AND i'm getting a hireling as my babe is only just forgetting she's a race horse! so if anyone has heard of Jellybean (mare) she was an Int eventer before coming to the hunt. Has anyone been with bedale whats it like etc. Again i'm very excited.!

I used to hunt with bedale when i was little. Jellybean sounds familiar, who are you hireing her from? I went to school with one of the whips.
I'm hoping to take koodoo out with the york and ainsty south soon, it will be his 1st time and mine scince PC......wish me luck!

My Dad knows the kennel/huntsman Richard Tabbera (sp?? wrong I think but sounds like it's spelt!!) He used to be the huntsman for our local pack. Nice bloke. Think you should have a good day, make sure you report back

Jelly bean is coming from Pam Ashworth my s-mum liveries hers with Pam too, again very excited. I'm hoping to take Kali (keyalzao) out with the rockwood next beginners one (i missed the one in Jan)

AND i've broken my boots (damn zip) so am going in borrowed ones Grrrrr

Hunted with both the Bedale and Zetland hunts many moons ago, nice countryside around there, lots of fields to have a good run....hope you have a lovely day out and report back with how your day went

Fiona C, I used to go out with the Zetland too but it was over 20 years ago now

. I used to go out with them and the South Durham but found there was much more galloping and jumping with the Zetland. I wouldn't be brave enough now.

LOL we're talking 20 yrs ago nearly for me too, no I certainly wouldn't be brave enough to go out now, the Zetland has some big jumps over the parks !! Even then I used to shut my eyes and hang on
