I got a headcollar from them nearly a year ago which up until about a week ago had been perfect when randomly one of the brass rings just shattered for no given reason. Sent an email and half forgot about it until got a note through door yesterday that I had a parcel to pick up from post office, went to get it today and it was a brand new replacement headcollar.

So thankyou CotswoldS or more so your dad, as Fleur once again has the smartest headcollar on the yard

that's good to know. i just bought from them for the first time, a lozenge kimblewick, a really nice bit which is working wonders on my mare, so a big thumbs up for them all round.
