Any contraptions out there that work to slow down a very greedy pony eating hay, preferably no haynets.

There are all manner of hayfeeders you can get now in a bid to steady their intake but really, haynets are the best way. I don't love haynets due to the pulling action, but I have one very greedy little native who would finish his hay in about twenty minutes given the chance. If I use a trickle net or double net, it lasts him at least 3 hours.
