Today i jumped my lovely horsey round a course between 1.5ft-2ft.3, all in canter with no knocks or refusals (at home) and i have the biggest smile!! It might not seem much for some but for me this is a huge break through and i really enjoyed it!!!
I have the opportunity to go to a show with a very experienced friend locally in a few weeks. Along with the assistance of the YO and groom. Which i feel is a great opportunity as I have never been brave enough to go! I few a few prob silly questions about going....
What to wear? I have a black show jacket, white jods, shirt and cravat type thing. Would this be ok?
The lowest class is 1.9ft-2ft, am i pushing myself too much? Or should i just go for a clear round (19inches), would i look silly on a 16h1 horse at the grand age of 27!
When bell goes how long do i have before i can start jumping?
Any advice much appreicated!!!
Thanks
