Very pleased with my boy tonight!

Well, its the biggest show we have ever been to on saturday, The Heathfield Show in East Sussex, so preparations have begun!!!
All of his whiskers have been pruned, ear hair trimmed, and a bath is coming on Friday.
Then off we went to the field where Don and OH practised there trotting, and he didnt put a foot wrong! Only thing we are struggling with is getting him to stand square, but think it will come with practice.
Back to the yard for some dreaded loading practice! He has been a little sod to load every time, but tonight he just walked straight on!

I love my little man!!!

we are doing the Welsh sec B 4 yrs and over in hand. It will be only the 2nd class he has done with the older ones now, as he was 5 in mid may, and before we have always been able to do the 4yrs and under. makes it a bit more daunting as obviously there will be some experienced ponies ( and handlers!!) in the ring!!

Class, hope you have a fantastic time! Great think is though, when they're young you can "put everything down to experience" now matter whether it goes well or not
