The gales just hit here, although it has been very windy all day.
Lots of trees down in the past five minutes, brought down my back fence and all the deer ran out of the wood into my field!
I've just been carrying/ rolling all the heaviest planters I can find up against the sliding barn door to stop it blowing up - this is post abdominal surgery when I'm
not supposed to do strenuous stuff like hoovering!
So glad I kept the horses in..
back on the sofa, feeling a bit trembly.
