Our pony has got some sort of mystery illness. The vet has just brushed it off (as she has previously) but there are no other decent vets in the area. We are going to try and get him an emergency appointment at a clinic in the next city on mondah
He was stiff behind and spiking a temperature yesterday of around 40. Last time this happened we eventually found out he had a liver infection. Today, his right leg is swollen from the hoof to the hip and he can't walk on it. There's no heat in it, just swelling. The Hindquarters are twitching too.
He's been very sick multiple times since he had African horse sickness but has always got better and been fine for months or years at a time but honestly we're a little worried he might not improve this time
Any thoughts or ideas would be great.
