Very very miffed indeed, part 3

Holy moley as if I didn't have enough ups and downs, I've just been on the phone to Fabian and he told me that the evil bee-atch mare who kicked PF and I chucked a stone at which got me into a heap load of trouble a short time ago kicked a guard in the face! Fabian doesn't understand quite how this would've happened as there was no reason for said guard to be near her hind legs anyway (plenty of room to get by her) unless he was trying to stroke her...
This lends weight to my argument that she is very, very aggressive and I was justified in throwing the stone.
Have just finished my letter of counter-complaint and will hand it in tomorrow.
Will let you know how the soap opera develops!

Oh! Whilst I do feel very sorry for the guard - and hope he's OK? - this does rather lend credibility to your stance about her. Let us know how it goes, won't you.

Guard had to have a stitch on his face. Fabian (and for that matter the other guards) think he's actually telling pork pies as his story of how it happened sounds so fake. Suggest that he fell over and is now hoping to sue...
