very yellow stains on my yearlings legs and body

:(i have a coloured yearling who has really yellow stains on his legs and light stains on his body. i have bathed him three days in a row but have not shifted the stains. i have used stain master, grass and stable stain remover, fairy liquid, whitener shampoo and alot of scrubbing but the legs are still yellow and his feathers look like they haven't even been washed. i am starting to loose faith that i will ever get them clean but he has his first show on sunday so now i am starting to panic! can anyone please help!?!
i have bought some diamond white shampoo but am still waiting for it to be delivered.
any advice that works would be much appreciated as he is a traditional coloured i can't clip him either.:(
 
DAZ - but do a patch test first, then if OK 24 hours later wet legs thoroughly, rub in daz and scrub with water brush (rub DAZ into water brush too) rinse and repeat.
 
Hi this is what you do , get some Lynn Russell quick brite shampoo, Lynn Russell super stain and supreme products blue rise mix it all together in a bucket and it will get them looking lovely , put the shampoo and blue rise in first them the super stain to make it watery to apply to legs leave on for 5 mins, hope this helps you out :) do your patch test first of the products, x

I appreciate you said do a patch test first, but I would be very careful about using Daz, my 10 yr old daughter ended up with hives and her skin was allergic to just about everything for 6 mths after i used Daz to wash the clothes in, dr said its notorious for causing allergic dermatitis.... x
 
Try Nettex resplendent white shampoo and gold label show white paste mixed together
wash legs first with the shampoo and then for the second wash mix the paste and shampoo together and scrub well into the legs or white patches and leave on for 10 mins and the rinse off. For the legs put talc on and the bandage till they are dry then brush out the talc. this always gets my mucky horses legs gleaming.
 
I use chalk powder, it's really really good! It makes my horse looks like he has white bandages on :D
Don't make it too runny or it doesn't work too well and don't get it on the coloured bits. I apply it wet, a bit thinner than a paste, and then brush off when dry.

ETS - I had ran out and couldn't get any in time so for our last show I used A Diamond White shampoo or similar and it didn't get the stains out. The unstained parts went really bright white, but the stains were still there..and I washed his legs twice.
 
thank you for all your helpful tips i have just put a load of chalk powder on his legs and they are lookinh better. i will bath him again tomorrow and then try the chalk paste and see how that does. i have invested in some white hair spray stuff that you spray on wash off for humans, has anyone tried this? :confused:
