hi, for those that may be intrested the vet has come today-they were going to scope her but she is in fact all clear...so we are really pleased.
she thinks that the management changes we have made should have made all the difference.
im now going to start working her again and wean her off the ventipulmin

thanks, im hoping that changing to haylage and sawdust has made all the difference....and we shall continue with that next year.as far as we can see its not going to cost as much more to do that as we use less haylage, waste less, and dont have to spend time picking over it.
so it will be lovely if we can do that.

just got to get going now and keep fingers crossed that she will continue to be ok.

it was a diffferent vet who came today- and millie was very usnure about havin the stethoscope on her as shes really needle shy now..and even with her heavy breathing she couldnt hear anything wrong:)

Amymay-they are proper horse bedding shavings -i have alsways been in the habit of calling them sawdust
