Vet bill query - sedation

This should be in vets really but could do with a quick answer before I send off the cheque.

I had Georgie sedated for the dentist last month. On the bill it lists two seperate injections - he only had one - does anyone know what these injections are?

I have queried this before and it is all to do with the sedation, they now list the drugs that go into it
