Apologies again as a bit non doggy.
When our gilt farrowed, as we didn't 'crate' her, within 48 hours she 'stabbed' two of the piglets in the neck, we're assuming with her teeth. The vet came out twice and spent about ten mins sewing them up (he told me to take the stitches out, 3 and 5) and jabbed them once. Had the bill through today and it's not bad apart from the call out fee's, we're approx 3 miles from our vet and £50 for 12 miles seems ridiculous. Baring in mind also that we spend thousands with these vets every year, should I be brave and question it or just pay the bill?
