Last visit to the vets yesterday for a ridden work up after 5 months of being restricted after PSD diagnosis in September. And its good news! Another week of trotting, and I've been given the all clear to start canter work :D

And in a few weeks when the ground is not longer frozen solid, and his canter has been established, I can turn him out in increasingly larger paddocks :D

So hopefully, *hopefully* in a few months I might be able to start jumping again, if I'm good.

Roll on spring!

Just a photo of me in the snow covered school at the vets, both of us looking a bit spesh though! :)

Yay! Has it really been five months already?! Where does time go? It's scary. He looks super zen about the whole thing, almost like he's about to fall asleep :D

He always looks like he's about to fall asleep at the vets! Its to trick them so they're not expecting his strike out/buck/fart antics when they put him on the lunge in the round pen ;)

I just want this cold weather to pee off now so I can get out on the tracks, although I'm a bit worried he might try and tank off, he seems ever lively these days now he's fit (well fitter!) and still being cooped up, draw reins might make a reappearance for a week or so ;)

And he's super hairy for not being clipped (aside from terrible attempt at bib clip) and he's moulting already
