Vet in Romford Essex

Hi I wonder if anyone could help? My friend and I are interested in looking at horse advertised by Elliott Rowe in Essex, firstly does anyone have any experiences with this person?

And also could anyone give details of a vet in the area that could do a 5 stage vetting for us?

Hi, I don't know of Elliott Rowe, but I can name some Vets that cover that area:
Blaircourt, House and Jackson, Clarendon House.
All will do 5* in that area.
