Could anyone with more vetinary knowledge than I please translate the below :)

Left front median and ulnar nerve blocks resulted in significant improvement in the left forelimb lameness.

Many thanks :)

The median and ulnar nerves are in the forearm (upper part of leg) and I'm guessing after these were nerve-blocked, ie injected with local anaesthetic, whatever lameness the horse is suffering from was significantly improved. Which I imagine would indicate that that's where the problem lies.

Thank you, it was the location of the median and ulnar nerves I was unsure of, unfortunately I have lots of vet reports for various nerve blocks.

If they are upper forearm what damage would that indicate, psd?

Don't know if the layout is the same in the hoof, but in humans, the ulnar nerve runs down from the inside of the elbow to the ring and little fingers, and the median nerve goes down the middle of the arm to the middle and first fingers.
