I used to get Rufty's drugs from Vet 365. They recently ceased trading As I had a current prescription for Bute they they said they would sent sent it to their sister company Vet UK. I have tried to get hold of these , by E Mail, and phone but no response. I am trying to find out how many tablets I have left and whether they have the prescription. I did also try to order on their site but it would not accept any password I put in so I think I will have to start again

Urrgh, I use Vet 365 as well. I can't help I'm afraid, but thanks for the heads up about Vet 365

Vet 365 sent me an E mail saying they would send my prescription to Vet Uk. As I said earlier I do not know if this happened

Can you check your emails to see how many tablets you've bought and work out what you should have left on your prescription from that?

With the increase in price of danilon i think I'm going to go through my vet as the price difference is now about £6 between them and online whereas it was £20 difference per box before.

The Beeston Animal Health store (part of the same empire) is closing on this Saturday 14/6/25. I was able to pay for and collect my last medication ordered from vet 365 at Beeston Animal Health a few weeks ago.

Worth phoning them while they are still open?

I have now had the prescription sent to Equine Health Direct by Ashbrook Equine Hospital They have honoured and sent the tablets today.
