Veteran Insurance

I am currently insuring my old pony with NFU at a cost of £112.00 a year. She is retired and kept at a livery yard near me. Having seen a post re the BHS insurance I have taken a look and see that Gold Membership is £57.00 which offers the liability insurance which is all I am seeking really. Just wondered if this would be a better option. Obviously financially better. NFU policy pays £500.00 if she has to be euthanised due to injury but nothing more really.

When I had an old pony she had a veteran policy with Pet Plan. This gave liability insurance plus accidental injury vets bills. Certainly worth a look.

thanks for that..just done an on-line quote and is slightly cheaper..about £20.00 a year.
