Veterinary - Bone Spavins

My 7 year old connemara has been diagnosed, after many months, with having bone spavin. He has been treated with Tildren which was given via a drip. My Vet has advised that he be on Danilon until next seen and not to expect any improvement for a couple of weeks at least. Does anyone else have any experience of this drug and its outcome?

I think Danilon is a variant of bute so imagine it is an anti-inflammatory.

I assume you are talking about tildren there was a post a few weeks ago on this drug.If you put it under the search engine I think you will find it easy enough.Mine has recently had surgery for his spavins .
