vets for her back tomorrow -am nervous..

Sorry, just after some good vibes. I have asked the vets to come out to my mare who has suffered with back issues for a few years now. Two years ago I had x-rays and bone scans done with no results and have been able to manage her with the help of my excellent "back man". However, she is quite sore again and back man has given some advice but I feel like I need more now. Scared stiff what they may suggest doing as of course she is no longer covered under insurance for these areas so cannot go very far with treatment...

I hope they say the same as what my gut feeling is that she needs bute and rest at this point as this helped her before but still interested in hearing their views. (sorry, need to say that I am now with different vets as moved away two years ago and needed to change practice...).

Have you any pics we can look at? sometimes the whole picture can give ideas. How old is she, what breed? Is she shod or bare and in work or not? Turn out and feed info would help too.
