Hello,
I have a horse with "a mystery lameness" that appeared from nowhere not long after the horse was 5 stage vetted and brought to a new yard. My vet has an idea of a diagnosis but I would like to get a second opinion.
Could you please recommend a good lameness vet in Berkshire and nearby?

Liphook equine hospital in hants are the bees knees! not sure they would come to berks but you could go there...
umm I only know of one vets in berks - Scott Dunn's...located in wokingham berks.

Second that the Liphook Equine Veterinary Hospital are my vets and have super facilities just off the A3.

There is also a hospital in Lamborn but I am not sure of the name, I have been there for a vist and they also as you would expect in a racing town have V good facilities. They are near the junction of the M4 and A34.

Or there is the Royal Veterinary College at Potters Bar off the M25.

My vet in Henley covers Hampshire- he has a fantastic eye for lameness ( and i am convinced he has xray vision as what he thinks is wrong is always confirmed by xrays!) Pietro at Thames Valley Equine 01491 414007. he was excellent in helping a friend with a horse that went badly wrong shortly after purchase

Thank you for all your replies. One of you actually mentioned my vet. He thinks the problem is deep seated bruising to all four feet...after reading around it seems like it's a standard diagnosis for lameness that came from nowhere.
I will look into the names you mentioned and see what other vets say.
