Vets in Cheshire

Hi All,
I have viewed a horse up near Ellesmere Port and would like to have it vetted prior to purchase.
Can anyone recommend any vets up near there as I live over 100 miles away so would not be feasible for my current vets to carry out the vetting.
If anyone knows of any reputable vets in the area recommendations would be appreciated.

Ellesmere Port is well to the north of the county.

Nantwich vets are good, they are based in South Cheshire but used to cover the Wirral when I lived there years ago, though I don't know if they still do.

Leahurst are the major vet practice in the area (complete with vet school and hospital) and they will def cover that area. I've been v happy with their service and their first opinion vets.

There are loads that cover here including Leahurst, Wrexham, Ashbrooke and a new one the other side of Chester whose name I cant remember. I live in the port as it is known locally so feel free to pick my brains if you need to. I have used Wrexham for a vetting in the past as they are my vets and they are very good, I can also suggest a couple of transport companies this way if needed

I was with Ashbrooke and would be happy to recommend them.

Nantwich Equine if they will cover that area. Campbell Thompson would be my recommendation.

Thanks, does anyone know about Dales Vets? Someone else is getting a horse vetted by them this week so could be done together. If not may go with Nantwich Thanks
