vets rang today want to use 5 day panacure

hi to those who no about the pin worm dilemah.
my vet rang this morning to say she would like to give 5 day panacure to treat pinworms after the other wormers didnt work.
just woundered if it is best to empty his stable few days into treatment and move him fields does it need to be done from day 1.
