vetting before purchase

does anyone know how much a pre-purchase vetting costs?

For a 5 stage, I was quoted just under £300 from a vet in Yorkshire recently.

It depends if you want a 5 stage or a 2 stage & where the horse is to be vetted in relation to the surgery to vet is coming from. Phone your vet & ask, they'll tell you.
