Vetting Recommendations and Dealer Info - Kent

Friend is about to buy a pony from Dittle House Farm in Meopham, Kent.

This person is selling the pony as a private sale, but has a few for sale - so one assumes she is a dealer???

Anyone know this yard - pm any info please.

My friend also needs to have the pony vetted. Can anyone recommend a good equine vet in the Meopham area please.

Could try Bell Equine CLinic in Maidstone area

Would def. recommend Bell equine. They vetted my boy down there and spent 2 hours being very throrough! (Scary but best to find everything now!) Think it was around £200 + vat but I got Karen Coombes (writes for H&H) so worth the money me thinks!

P.S. He passed with flying colours- said he'd never make advanced xc speeds tho! Lol.... think she had ambitions above our station!!

I was going to recommend Bell too. They were the people who did Benjs MRI scan.
But wasn't too sure if they were anywhere near there, didn't want to show my blondeness!

Tony Warr is fantasic, I've used him twice and he has been brilliant both times.

Definatly use Bell Equine 01622 813700 they've just mended my baby horse again and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Ditto to Bell Equine, had horses and friends horses transferred there.

The only caveat with Bell is make sure you get one of their senior vets such as David or Karen, not one of the juniors.
