Vetting tomorrow!

Pointless post really, but everyone else is sick of hearing about it!

I'm having a horse vetted tomorrow, I'm really excited hopefully she will pass.

Have never had a vetting before, are there any questions I should ask or any advise?

Ask everything you feel! I asked tonnes of questions, the vet can give you such a great extra insight into the horse.

Although... my dad asked " is the horse sad?"

I would just tell vet what you plan doing with her and ask whether or not she will be suitable for that purpose.

Lucky you and best of luck! I've been waiting two weeks to get a horse vetted (due to weather) and looks like it's going to go on to next week!

Are you going to be present for the vetting? Try to if you can, then if there are any issues you can have an immediate discussion with vet/vendor and decide how to procede.

It was not to be this time

The vet advised against purchase as she had some pain in her right pelvis and was slightly unsound in right hind.

Such a shame as she was perfect in every way.

Sorry to hear that I always believe that things happen for a reason tho. I'm sure you'll find something just as perfect. Even more perfect Infact. There is a horse out there for everyone
