Run free Tilli.xx
Tilli took a turn for the worse and was put to sleep in the sunshine after a nice couple of hours this morning eating grass with the sun on her back.
They broke the mould when they made her, I was 13 when I got her, she once bolted with me for three miles before I was able to stop. She could jump, but only one jump as it would take me 20 laps of gallop before I'd have control again. She hated being groomed, bathed, tacked up, the farrier and especially the vet.
She would spin her bum on me in the stable and stand with her head in the corner because she knew I'd be too scared to put her bridle on. After one particularly bad lesson I un-tacked her in tears and told her I hated her and I was going to send her to the market. I came back after putting my tack away and the cow had eaten all the velvet off my hat and rolled it round her stable!
She was retired soon after as an expensive pet and lived her life being completely spoilt and doted on by my mum.
Sleep tight Tilli.
