Hiya all,
Bentley is back to the vets (again!) today for the trot up and his 3rd set of xrays since February to see whether we have managed to stop/reverse the problems in his coffin joint caused by being a prat in the field. I'm terrified because the vet has only offered a 'guarded' prognosis and has said that he doesn't know what else to suggest if this doesn't work
Please can I have some vibes for my poor baby boy, he has had such a rocky start (ended up at Priddy Fair in August 2008) but has remained absolutely delightful to handle and look after despite spending more than 90% of the last 6mths on box rest or in hand grazing- for a HUUGE 4yr old I think his decision not to get bolshy or nasty is a true testament to his character
Bentley September 2008
and in May 2009 (rather fat here, he has lost it since but no recent pics!
