Does anyone know if these devices have been imported?
Google search and you will find numerous outlets in US
The Scot Gov is consulting on Electronic Training aids
The makers say: Designed specifically to safely cure your horse of equine cribbing, kicking, bullying, & windsucking vices
They are said to cure vices caused by confinement--easy answer for that then and it isnt spending hundreds of dollars!!
I say very scary particularly in the wrong hands!!
