Hi there, this was her second night of work after good few months off.

I was wondering should i use draw reins or something to keep her nose in a little more or let her fitten up abit first?

Any other comments about her going i would appreciate also!

sorry about the quality, i think its because i emailed it to computer from phone then uploaded!

She's very nice!

Take a couple of weeks to increase her fitness levels first.

If you can invest in a lunge cavesson and some side reins as this will help a great deal to improve her way of going.

The lunge cavesson will allow you to keep better control - she won't find it so easy to look out of the circle and should she choose to - depart!

With the cavesson and dide reins correctly fitted to the bit will help you give her half halts that mimic what you do when riding so you will encourage her to drop her head.

Send her forward with the whip and close your fingers on the lunge line - this encorages the nose to move slightly to the inside and so put some pressure on the outside side rein.

amymay, i had rode her the first couple of nites but she was very forward going and fresh and tore the hands off me when i was tryin to keep her in walk lol so decided to lunge her first a little before riding her that night.

Ment to lunge her tonight again before riding but i was running late so popped straight on again, altho shes gradually settling now :D
