VIDEO: Opinions on this horse please

Sweet horse :)
Long hind cannons and hocks not set on to help, he finds it difficult to bring hocks under and take weight behind, confirmed by weakness behind the saddle.
Contact unsteady, head large and not set on neck very well which doesn't help but I'd also want a thorough dental check up. Will probably struggle to work genuinely uphill and round enough, here when round enough he is too downhill and cant hold it so overbends.
Canter better than trot though lacking separation of the hindleg, will worsen in collected and gait in trot is a bit rolling as he's rushing a little. But looks sounds and true all round

Background on horse?

Thank you for your feedback, appreciated.

This was him in Spain in March, he is now in the UK. He had teeth done on arrival and since that and removal of flash he is much better and not so tense in the jaw. It's his lack of front movement I'm concerned about (as in doesn't seem to want to move properly in front considering hind is so active). Oh he is only 5 and not done anything.....as you can probably tell. He also trips a lot in front.

This is what the PREs tend to do when not balanced, you dont get good front elevation until they are balanced from behind. It's why warmblood riders cant ride them as they try to start with the head and front legs
