viewing dog tomorrow, any advice?

Hi all, hopefully viewing 5 month old BC tomorrow. Have spoken to owner in depth, genuine reason for rehoming. Will get the chance to walk dog on and off lead and owner has vaccination card. I have asked how dog is with other dogs, cats, horses, children etc and I am happy with answers. Will ask what food currently on but anything else u can think of?

Just to say I have BC experience but we got last one from rspca , although this meant we knew very little of dogs background.

I would want to know how much training pup has had. Can he sit, down, recall, stay etc. how does he react being left alone, does he chew. Is he ok being groomed, have nails trimmed, at the vets.
