So, someone came to see pony tonight
They saw him in the stable, went in with him and liked him, so i trotted him up the yard and her friend looked at his feet, back, legs etc and pony just stood good as gold. Then little daughter tacked him up and he stood in his stable like a dream! She had to stand on her tippy toes to get bridle on and he let her pull his ears
Then i rode him, as soon as i got on him, ears up, head up, eyes on the jump rearing to go
not what i wanted!
So after decretely yanking on his mouth we did some jumps, and he charged at the jumps like never before.
Anyway little nervous girl got on, and he was a different pony!
Totally lazy and quiet for her, which is what she wants to get her confidence. She started schooling him and started getting her confidence then asked if id put trotting poles out instead of jump, and i did and he trotted over him lovely. Then progressed to one pole up on slant and then cross pole, and he was a dream for her! never rushed once and waited for her to push him on before he sped up.
She rode him back to his stable and really liked him and untacked him.
They want a trial of 3 weeks (which we will make contract for!) and will ring tomorrow to see what daughter wants to do.
I feel awful that he has to go, its heartbraking! i really dont want him to go

They would do pony club and camp so i might see them on the circuit if they go through with him, fingers crossed.
Off to go cry my eyes out...
