views about my riding please i get really paranoid about this since some bitchy people at an old riding school told me i couldnt ride and i dont have much confidence

Firstly, take no notice of anything they have to say, the only thing I would say is that you are tipped slightly forward and your hands are very low, also your heels could go down a touch. Dont fret though because we all have our bad habits when riding...It's like driving...I've always said I would never pass my driving test again now, because of all the bad habits I've picked up over the years.

Echo debdeb you've nothing to worry about from this photo. You could be sat a little taller in the saddle, with a little more bend in your arm and thumbs more on top but it's minor things - we all have faults like that (well I do anyway!)
 
Its great! Your hands are light and not interferring with the horse.

Heels could do with being a bit further down and that will help with the tipping slightly forward.

Otherwise its a lovely picture and your position is nothing to worry about.

You should see mine, my toes turn out like a helicopter!
 
you seem to be tipping forward slightly but as you say you were in pain,but overall you have a nice position in the saddle,take no notice of these people they are probely jelous anyway

i was in pain because i had stupidly forgotten my boot so had to borrow my friends that were a size too small and they rubbed all the skin off both heels very painful when you have just done an in hand class
also tabs acts like a lil bugger at shows and tends to p*** off with me so i was quite tense so calmer for her and rescue remedy for me
