Just had a horrible experience. Used a new bottle of Phaser fly spray on my pony, having been using the gel with no adverse effects. Within half an hour he had become a raving lunatic! To stop him knocking the fencing down, I shut him in the stable, and he kicked out the panels (wooden stables) above the kicking boards! Eventually managed to get a headcollar back on him and brought him outside, now dripping with sweat, and my husband and I managed to get the hose-pipe on him and hopefully wash a lot of it off. Took him back out to his field where he dug and dug and dug, then rolled and rolled!! Think he is settling a bit now, but a very frightening experience for all of us! He has never had a reaction to the Phaser gel, so why would the spray affect him? I feel gutted that something I did caused him to act like this . . .
