viruses going around?

Someone told me that there are a couple of viruses going round at the moment- symptoms including runny nose, coughing, nosebleeds and lethargy... does anyone know anything about them?

Yes a horse at our yard has just had the vet for the very same reasons, just the lethargy side of it I believe. Seemed knackered all the time so owner had blood tests done, all clear so advised to give horse a week off, no antibiotics. Check up after week over

A couple of horses at my yard have had those symptoms, though no nosebleeds thank god. We think it was brought in by a horse who had been away for backing. He was coughing when he came back and nobody thought to let the YO know! Sunny is fine again now. Going like a steam train in the school this afters lol. And he's 23!
