I am hunting as a visitor of the pack tomorrow, unfortunately though my navy hunt coat is at home in Hertfordshire and I am at uni in Cirencester and only have my tweed with me as I wasn't anticipating hunting until after Christmas. Will I be ok in tweed and a coloured stock rather than my navy coat and cream stock?

I'm sure you will be, I only started hunting properly this season so was wearing tweed until my hunt coat arrived. It wasn't a problem with the hunt I ended up subscribing with, nor when I went as a visitor to a different hunt :).

You'll be fine, tweed is alway correct as can be worn at any time of the season. Just wear layers!! If I go visiting with the Bicester who do wear tweed, I'll quite often wear my tweed but with a white/cream stock if full season. Have lots of fun and write a report :)

As a visitor, Tweed should be fine with most packs! Don't know about the Beaufort, but if it's the VWH you're going with, tweed is perfectly acceptable for visitors.
