I have a 2 year old wire viz bitch. She is loving with us and people she knows. I have worked hard with her socialisation as a pup. Trained her to a good standard. Taken her beating and picking up. The problem that I have is her barking at strangers or even people she doesn't know well. Being a large dog this can be frightening to people. She will get into a full beating Waggon with no problem but if in the open and people are just walking around she really starts! I realize this is a nervous trait and I am disappointed that she seems to get no better. The breeder wasn't any help. Any one with a vizsla who could give advise please?
