Voice mail texts from DMS

Does anyone know how to stop BT voice texts from Direct Marketing Services the Telephone Preferance Service does not cover this problem.

you can call you service provider (bt) and get them to block numbers there is also a register you can go on to stop telemarketing calling you but cant remember the name of it sorry
