Last week i was riding and spotted a horse in a field that just didnt look 100% right to me. I just walked past the field and the horse was getting up and down he didnt look colicy i just wasnt to keen on how he was looking.
As i got to the yard owners house the YO was in his garden so i just shouted over and said about the horse. He said it might not be anything but thanks he will keep a eye on him.
So tonight i was riding past again and the YO was in the garden so this time he shouted to me to say that the horse had grass sickness and had to be put down. I do feel sorry for the owner and the horse but for once was fairly pleased with myself as i always doubt what i say and worry i will look a bit stupid. So what i am basically trying to say is if you think something isnt right tell someone!!
