Just a heads up ... it would appear that his company are taking payment but are not delivering the goods. I have ordered from them in the past so did not check them out but it seems that this has been happening for a while.
Liverpool Wood pellets ceased trading over one year ago. If they are still taking money they should be reported to banks/trading standards. My last order, more than one year ago, was refunded by Mastercard.
They seem to be using both names. The order was actually through Volcano Wood pellets but they seem to be one and the same company. They use the same phone number which is not in service and the same email address.
