Volunteer needed to check loan ad

I've placed my ad today, however I've never loaned/sold a horse before, and I'm worried it doesn't make sense!

I know placing ads on here for CC isn't allowed, but can I ask someone to check it over for me? For example I've said that £60pw contribution required if kept full livery at current yard, however OH says he would accept £45 - should I change it or leave it? I've said the current arrangement is flexible, but that a permenant home needs to be found by July, due to my pregnancy.

Are you putting your own horse out for loan ? (with view to buy?)
You could leave the £-amount as it is but could add "negotiable" perhaps.
I have only ever put one horse out on loan before, but am happy to take a look at the advert if you pm it to me.

if your doing a full loan then just say must stay at prescent yard, the new people may not want full livery?

if your looking for more of a share then 45 pw is far to much.
 
jhoward - for the moment I am looking for a share, but a full loan is needed by July due to my baby bump!

I thought £45 for full livery is quite cheap, it costs around £80-120pw up here. However they don't have to keep it at the present yard - he just has to be gone by July!

then I would look at just a full loan now and word it that horse can stay at current yard.

Please please please manke sure you have an agreement in place what ever way you go.
