Good to see Exmoor coming second even though it is the least visited.

I voted for Exmoor - it is my most favouritest place in the world! Followed by the New Forest - both very beautiful places. (And is it coincidence that their landscapes have been influenced by hunting?! - I think not - it creates a very diverse habitat for a lot of native species)

i have to say that hunting in different parts of the country is all so different, so it cannot be a case of where the "best" hunting is/was. the shires are so different from the fells, the lakes, exmoor and wales- all such diverse lands!!

Exmoor is fabulous because it's visited so little- the lakes are horrendously over walked and spoilt, Cornwall was a beautiful county years ago but now totally spoilt around Par,Rock and Newquay. thank god i knew these places then!!!

I voted for Dartmoor because I spent a lot of my summers there as a child, long before I discovered hunting.
