My White VW LT35 horsebox was stolen on 24th June 2012. It was in good condition but was driven off through the hedge so may not now be roadworthy!

I believe that whoever stole it was only interested in the Ifor Williams container on the back as they are removable and worth more than the van.

The box/container is jade in colour and has HORSES in white lettering on the rear. We had modified the inside including adding additional tie rings and reducing the size of the partition on the luton part.

The box/container may now be attached to a new or different flatbed van so really we need people to keep an eye out for the horsebox part.

The vehicle was stolen in the Cranbrook area in Kent. Any news/info or views please PM me.

Thanks

Report the theft to your local police and ask for an incident/crime number. Provide the police with the chassis and engine number so that the vehicles records at VOSA can be tagged so that if someone tries to scrap it it will come up as stolen. Pl;ease take in to account that just as scrap it is worth £600 as scrap metal. Also contact ukhorsewatch so that they can circulate the details. www.ukhorsewatch.org.uk
