yes, friend has LT35 super box, I have LT50 which is 5T also very good, flown through plating twice in last two years with no work no advisories, done thousands of miles in it.

So long as you have the right licence to drive one I think they make an ideal 2 horse platform, with enough payload capacity to actually take 2 horses, unlike most 3.5T chassis. Obviously you get good ones and bad ones in all models, but they should be reliable and sturdy.

Had my LT50 about 2 months. Needed bit of tidying paint wise. Gearbox takes a bit of getting used to. Am planning to use it next weekend for 1st time with pony onboard so will be able to give a better opinion then. Parts seem readily available and quite reasonably priced.

Hi There,
I have read your mssage on the forum regarding LT50 with great interest.
We have recently purchased a G reg LT50 which we were thrilled with when we first bought it. It sailed straight through the test with no advisories etc.
When we set of to a show we had a problem with power and excessive black smoke. We have since fitted new turbo which has stopped the excessive smoke but we still are experiencing lack of power. We have been told that you have to really rev the engines when changing up gears........tried his but will not hold revs long enought to change gear. Engine ok as we have had this checked but we are still concerned when approaching a hill that we have to go down to second and sometimes first gear to get up a hill.#
We are only carring 1 pony (under 300kg ) - Any suggestions from all you LT50 owners would be very much appreciated.
