Anybody going on April 6th? How much is it to go? I got asked by someone on the yard to go with her. She says it's a great day out.
Funnily enough, I'm booked in for a tattoo on 12th April and was going to get the Uffington white horse done on my shoulder - just have to get around to having it drawn up!
 
I probably will, unless I have something else on

It is £20 on the day and £16 in advance I think (more or less that anyway!)
 
If you've never been you're in for a massive treat. Friend and I went a few years back on our hunters, with our novicey OH's in tow.

The flyers say there are 80 fences, and we used to do a lot of fun rides, so we said 'whatever....'

But we literally got tired of jumping...we must have jumped most of the 80 fences, the majority of which are well built hunt or XC fences.

There were also options from 1' 6" to 3' 9" plus so the novicey OH's had loads to jump and had an absolute ball (and got their photos taken - the photo of my OH got a mention in our best man's wedding speech (LMAO) ).

Oh and even if you're not a jumping freak - you could be after this ride - the scenery is amazing and there's great long grassy stretches for fab gallops.

Can't recommend it enough - hope I get another hunter before I get too old to do it again!!!!
