Cambridgeshire horsewatch has issued the following:
16/10/2009 - Sus Activity - Kimbolton/Stonely
Three occupants of a White Panel Van - index similar to YH03 CSU, were stopping people in the Kimbolton/Stonely area asking to buy ponies and enquiring where they could be bought.
Described as travellers; driver - male, thick set, moustache, mid 20's. Middle passenger - male mid 20's with a quiff in his hair that was coloured red. Passenger - male mid 20's, ginger hair. They spoke in an Irish accent and said that they lived in a house in Peterborough.
